SUBJECT OF THE CASE : It is a case of determination of death.

INCIDENTS : 1- The client’s father ……………. were treated in history ……………… has been in the hospital.

2- But although it was expected until today, it was stated that there was nothing to be done when the record was sent to the hospital because the death record had not been sent to the relevant population directorate, although it had been expected so far.
