25 Feb CRIMES COVERED BY THE SETTLEMENT (CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE NO. 5271 ARTICLE 253)
– 253 of law No. 5271. in the crimes listed in the first paragraph of the article, an attempt is made to reconcile the suspect, the accused, the child involved in the crime, and the victim or the natural person or legal entity of private law who has been harmed by the crime.

– Even if the investigation and prosecution depend on the complaint, in crimes against sexual immunity, the path of reconciliation cannot be taken.
– If a crime covered by reconciliation is committed by a suspect or defendant together with another crime not covered by this coverage, the path to reconciliation cannot be taken.
