As a result of the case between the parties, the decision given by the Supreme Court was requested to be examined; it was understood that the appeal request was in duration, the review report and the documents in the file were read, the requirement was discussed:

Plaintiff…, … district … about a section of real estate located in the working area of the district and left out as a bush during Cadastral studies conducted in 1970, based on the statute of limitations, he filed a lawsuit asking for registration in his name. At the end of the trial by the court, it was decided to accept the case,register and register the 3,495, 71 square meter portion indicated by the letter (A) in the science expert report dated 23.06.2015 in the title deed on behalf of the plaintiff; the provision was appealed by the defendant’s Treasury attorney.

According to the contents of the file, the evidence on which the decision is based, the necessary reasons in accordance with the law, the lack of a hit in the evaluation of the evidence, the rejection of Appeals that are not in place, the approval of the provision in accordance with the procedure and the law, since the Treasury is exempt from fees, there is no place to receive fees, when the legal conditions occur, the way to correct the decision is clear within 15 days from the notification of the decision, was unanimously decided on 17.02.2020.
