INSTRUCTIONS

1 -) My client recognized the defendants …by his written application to the population Directorate in the history of …/…/… and established a pedigree between them. The other defendant … is the mother of the known child.

2 -) My client made this recognition with the descriptions of the defendant …and thinking that the child was his child. However, he then wants to cancel the recognition because he understands that the defendant is cheating on him.

3 -) therefore, it has become mandatory to sue for the cancellation of recognition.

Legal reasons: 4721 P. K. m. 297 and related legislation.

Legal evidence: Population Registration, DNA tests, witness statements and other evidence.

CONCLUSION AND PROMPT
