INSTRUCTIONS :
1-) Our client is the owner of a fixed settlement, as well as the house in which he lives belongs to him. In addition, the client, who has a company owned by him and personally operated by him, wants to defend himself by legal means and has participated in hearings. His escape is out of the question.
2-) Our client has not been involved in any crime so far and has no criminal record. Is living with his family.
3-) All the evidence related to the crime has been collected and stored. There is no suspicion of obscuring evidence. There is no other accomplice who is in the position of a suspect in the related crime alone and is in the position of a suspect.
4-) The witnesses also gave their statements to both law enforcement and the Public Prosecutor’s Office during the preparatory investigation.
