A Crime of Intentional Manslaughter by Negligent Behavior

c-The previous act of the person who caused death by negligent behavior created a dangerous situation for the lives of others, but then committed negligence: for example, the person who was hit as a result of a traffic accident fled the scene, although he lived, causing the injured person to bleed to death.

In order for the perpetrator to be punished for manslaughter by negligence, he should also not have the opportunity to prevent the outcome. If the perpetrator commits negligent behavior that causes death while preventing the death result from occurring, he will be punished for this crime.

Punishment for intentional manslaughter by negligence (negligence of a certain obligation)

Basic life imprisonment as the penalty of imprisonment from 20 to 25 years instead of life imprisonment instead of 15 to 20 years of imprisonment in other cases, to imprisonment from 10 to 15 years are dominated.
