SUBJECT OF THE CASE : It is a case of objection to the change of surname.

EVENTS : 1- The defendant applied to the court and changed his surname, which my client has been using since the day he was born, and was launched into publishing life with this name …………. we have just learned from a newspaper advertisement that he has taken his last name.

2- The defendant’s behavior is unfair and he wants to take advantage of my client’s surname.
