In rental law, in principle, with the expiration of the lease agreement, the lease agreement does not expire, it extends itself. This prevents the tenant from prolonging . The lessor, in principle, will not be able to prevent this for 10 extension years. In order to compensate for the injustices that this situation will create, the lessor will be given the opportunity to terminate the lease agreement without waiting for the ten-year extension period if certain reasons occur.
