Execution of the Precautionary Foreclosure Decision
Within ten days from the date of the decision on the precautionary lien, the creditor must request the execution of the precautionary lien decision. If the creditor does not request the execution of the injunction within ten days, the injunction will be lifted by itself and will not be able to be applied later.
The execution of the injunction lien decision must be requested from the enforcement office around the jurisdiction of the court making the injunction lien decision. Complaints related to the execution of the precautionary foreclosure are filed with the executive court, to which the executive office performing the enforcement action is attached.
